Telephonic and preliminary interview are conducted to find the competency of the candidates.

  • Check Candidate on factors like stability, adaptability, organizational culture through background checks.
  • Follow up and ensure candidate joins the employer on joining date given by employer. Keep in constant touch with both candidate and client to ensure they have a mutually beneficial and long lasting relationship
